Michelle North Passes Away Email Article To a Friend View Printable Version
on Monday, July 12 2004 @ 12:25

AnnouncementsIn the early morning hours of July 11, 2004, one of the most respected and beloved members of the air medical community made her final ascent following a tenacious battle against cancer. Michelle North, aviator, teacher, administrator, author, and great friend to anyone who ever met her, will be missed as few have.

Not only was she a champion of safety in air medical transport, her bigger messages were about heeding the call of common sense, and enjoying life. Throughout her struggle to live, her spirit and sense of humor remained unconquered. She lived her message.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to:
Memorial Hospice
821 Mendocino Ave.
Santa Rosa, CA 95401

A memorial service has been scheduled for Friday, July 16 at 10:00 am at:

Lafferty & Smith Colonial Chapel
4321 Sonoma Hwy
Santa Rosa, CA 95409
(707) 539-2921

A special condolence book has been set up for her husband and family members. You may add your messages of support by clicking here.
