We use the IVAC Medsystem III (by Alaris if my memory is correct). It is compact, somewhat lightweight, and can run three drips at once, has a moderate drug library, and has modes for all ages, but it is VERY sensitive to air bubbles or pressure changes. Also, the channels can fail during transport, requiring a visit to Biomed (or whoever fixes them)- this is really nice when one has a vasoactive or insulin gtt up :| . Oh, and the pole clamp breaks very easily. In short, they can be nice, but are also very temperamental.

We have Bodyguard Twin and and IVAC.  Stay away from the Bodyguard.  It will not let you free flow the solution if you suddenly need to give a large rapid infusion.  It is more difficult to use than the IVAC.
