IBISWorld has published a financial outlook report for the air medical industry. The report is available for purchase.

From the report press release, air medical industry "revenue remains healthy and is expected to increase at an average annual rate of 2.8% to $3.8 billion in the five years to 2014, including a forecast 2.9% growth in 2014 alone"

Maybe - especially since driven by International and FW repatriation flights. Domestic RW revenues? HIGHLY doubt it.
