On Scene Times

I am working an a project within my unnamed company and I am looking for data out there scene time goals of other companies. I have flown for other companies where this was stressed and flown for others where it is not stressed at all. So - if I could get some answers it would be great!
1.) Does your company have a skid down to skid up goal for on scene 911 calls? if so - what is it?
2.) Does your company stay hot the whole time on the ground?
3.) Does your company differentiate between trauma and medical scene time?
4.) Is there a QA process within your company to help improve scene times?
5.) Does your company train flight crew to improve and increase efficiency?
Thanks for anyone who participates!

We have a goal of 10 minute scene time, it is just that though a goal. We could be there less or more depending on patient needs.
We stay hot on scenes unless there is going to be a lengthy delay getting the patient to the aircraft.
No difference for scene time goal medical or trauma.
