Like the title says I would like to get your feelings on the unpressurized transport of patient.

I've done a bunch - but these days they are, and should be, a rare occurance. Plan f-g-h etc, not plan a-b or c...

They have their place, typically in areas with very short runways (under 2000') or offstrip. However for most opertions, especially any with paved runways or in the 2000' or greater class - there is little justification other than cost to go unpressuried.
