I met Erin for the first and the last time on September 25, 2005 through a common friend who was visiting from Atlanta. We had dinner at a Mexican restaurant near her Belltown apartment. She corrected some of my misinformation about CPR and AEDs, told us about how safe Airlift NW's operation is, shared some war stories about her many flights, shared a bit about the cabin she was buliding in the mountains, reminisced about her grandma who passed away years ago. Talked about her ma and sister. I was truly impressed by this woman and am saddened by her tragic loss. Glad to have shared with her a pleasant evening of conversation and company.
