Safety of the 24hr Work Shift Survey
    on Monday, May 03 2010 @ 17:05

SurveysYou are being asked to take part in a research study. Vanderbilt LifeFlight is currently conducting a study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the 24 hour work shift. We are seeking input from the air medical industry to evaluate current practices, experiences, and work conditions. We would appreciate if you would participate in this short and anonymous survey. The survey is completely voluntary and will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

You can leave any questions unanswered, and you may stop at any time by closing your web browser. Once the survey has been completed the results will be published and made available to the industry. To complete the survey please follow this link to Vanderbilt LifeFlight's 24 hr Work Shift Safety Survey or by copying and pasting the following link to your web browser https://sitemason.vanderbilt.edu/form/esfxiU .

By completing the survey you are indicating your consent to take part in this research. The survey will be available through May 24, 2010. Feel free to forward and share this survey with fellow air medical professionals.
