On Sept. 29, 2005, an Airlift Northwest Agusta 109A helicopter crashed in the Puget Sound. Pilot Steve Smith, 59, and flight nurses Erin Reed, 49, and Lois Suzuki, 47 were killed. This website will remain blacked out temporarily as a tribute to our fallen colleagues.
