Fatal Helicopter crash in Colorado

On Thursday, June 30, 2005, three Tri-State Careflight team members were killed in a helicopter crash. The Agusta K119 crashed northeast of Mancos, CO. Killed were pilot Jim Saler, 40; flight nurse William Podmayer, 49; and Scott Hyslop, 33.
