An Air Evac (Arizona) helicopter crashed on Tues. Dec 14, 2004, killing Flight Paramedic Renee Johnson and injuring Pilot Susanna Corcoles and Flight Nurse Kelly Foster-Stopka. This site has been blacked out temporarily as a tribute to our fallen colleague.

Memorial Service Information
Air Evac Services, Southwest Ambulance and the emergency medical services community will be holding a memorial service to honor Renee Johnson on Tuesday, December 21, 2004 at:the Mountain View Memorial Gardens at 10:00 a.m. The Memorial Gardens are located at 7900 East Apache Trail, Mesa, AZ 85207.
