On Sunday, March 21, an MCH CareStar (Odessa, Texas) helicopter crashed during a patient transport. The pilot, flight paramedic, patient and a family member were killed. The MCH CareStar Bell 407 reportedly crashed shortly after a radio position report near Pyote, Texas. Pilot Mickey Price and Flight Paramedic Paul Lujan were killed. Flight Nurse Ronald Stephens survived with injuries. An infant patient and mother were also killed in the crash.
