    Helicopter Crew Warned of Fog Prior to Crash

    In the NewsIn the factual NTSB report regarding the LifeFlight (Salt Lake City, UT) crash in Jan. 2003, investigators found that the crew was notified that poor weather conditions had kept another team from completing the same transport.

    The report also contains a transcript of radio conversations between the pilot and dispatchers just prior to the crash.
