    Turf Battle in New Mexico

    In the NewsA relatively common situation between competing flight programs is being presented to the public in New Mexico. A hospital is accused of refusing to accept patients transported by a competing flight team.

    The issue is whether a hospital can refuse to accept a patient transfer unless transported by it's own flight team. This is a common practice in some parts of the country, so the outcome of this discussion will set an important precedent.
