YES. YOUR MEDIC COMMAND IS BASED OUT OR YOUR HOME STATE. THOSE ARE THE ONLY PROTOCALS YOU CAN USE. IF SOMETHING DID GO WRONG,YOU WOULD BE JUDGED ON YOUR LOCAL MEDIC COMMAND, NOT THE STATE OR COUNTY YOU ARE IN.
