It is not a rule but most of the Insurance companies
will not give a preferred provider agreement, unless
you are CAMTS accreditted.  This something you will
find more and more.  Insurance companies are starting
to use it like JACHO for hospitals.  We are not
currently certified, that is how I found this out. 
But, We are beginning the process.
