Kevin, Our NICU and OB team are employees of their respective departments. When they fly, they are paid flight pay which comes out of LifeFlight. The nurse practitioners for NICU are allotted FTE's from the flight program. We do not have dedicated FTE's for the flight nurses others than the dedicated adult team.
