Crew Incentive Pay

Hello,

I would like to ask the group how you handle pay for non dedicated
(operating under cost center other than transport) personnel who perform
transports. These individuals, who are on the transport team, would be on
the clock within the PICU, Pediatric ER, etc. and "pulled" to perform a
transport when a request is made.

Currently we have a "per transport" flat rate that is paid each
time a crew member goes out on transport (they continue to get their
hourly rate as well for the duration of transport). I would like to see
how everyone else handles this with the non dedicated (no FTE's allotted)
transport team.
