Re: Defasiculating Vecuronium
we are able to give .01 mg/kg or more likely give 1 mg, but in my experience
you have to still wait for the onset just as if you were using vecuronium in
the first place. therefore, i usually reserve it for pts who will be affected
by the rise in serum potassium. we are looking to switch to another paralytic
and do away with the defasiculating dose. hope this helps. fly safely!
