I have to admit that I think that Romano got his just desserts.  Let's just 
hope they don't kill off the Flight Nurse!  

And yes, I realize that its just a TV show....but its generated some solid 
and worthwhile discussions about safety and the risk we take as air medical 
transport providers.  I wonder if M would belittle other thought provoking shows 
or episodes that have influenced folks.  For example: a character coming out of 
the closet on prime time TV, cheating on a test/your spouse/your taxes and 
getting caught, witnessing a crime and do you report it?  

I cannot defend all TV sitcoms or dramas, but an occasional episode has some 
merit.
