ER 11/20 HELICOPTER CRASH

I was just wondering  - what do you think about the portrayal of an aeromedical helicopter crash on the series ER.   Does it reflect negatively on our industry?
 
Several people have commented to me that it was " too hollywood to take seriously" -   
 
Some of my family members seemed to be bothered by it
