RE: Conference Presentation
I would also like to see a copy of this. Our program has talked about going from 24 to 12 for all medical crews air and ground.
thanks.

Subject: Conference Presentation
Somewhere back in 1994, 1995 or 1996 someone presented a paper study at the
Air Medical conference on the pros/cons of changing from either 8 or 12 hour
shifts to a 24 hour shift model. As I recall, the paper cited increased
productivity, reduced overtime, reduced sick time, higher morale, better
fiscal issues, etc.
Does any one recall it? Who did the paper? Where can I find a copy of it?
I appreciate and thank you all ahead of time.
