Hi All, 

Just a couple questions for you all flying in Dauphins:
   1. How often are you in a spare ship due to maintenance (monthly, 
quarterly, etc.)?
   2. How frequently does something unexpected break or cause problems? 
(Frequently, occasionally, rarely, etc. In other words, what is the dispatch 
reliability?)
   3. On a scale of 1 - 10 how would you rate this ship for EMS work?  Pros, 
cons?  Any other comments are welcomed on the list or via private e-mail.  
   4. Any managers out there who can give me a reliable picture of the actual 
Direct Operating Cost of this aircraft? (verses the quoted one from 
Eurocopter!)
