RE: Retrograde ETI
Our program has retrograde available as an alternate airway device. I have
done two myself on patients who I could not get intubated and had great
success both times. It is less invasive than a cric. We probably won't use
retrograde in the future since we have added intubating LMA's to our
alternate airway kit as well. It's nice to have as many options as you can
get with difficult airways.
Good Luck,

Any programs out there with this in the bag of airway tricks? Any
feedback on how its working out?
