That file is a PowerPoint presentation, so you'll need a viewer program
if you don't have PowerPoint on that particular computer. You can
download a viewer from this link:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=428D5727-43AB-4F24-90B7-A94784AF71A4&displaylang=en

If that link doesn't work right, go to www.microsoft.com and enter
"Powerpoint Viewer" in the search textbox.
