There's a download area on FlightWeb just for this situation. If you have
a FlightWeb logon, you can just upload the file yourself, or you can email
it to me and I'll take care of it.

BTW, the reason attachments are discouraged on the listserver is that the
huge files being sent to well over 1000 people will bog the mail server
down and many people don't necessarily want to download the file being
sent, especially if they have dial-up Internet access. It's much more
efficient and appropriate to just send a link to the file for people to
download if and when they prefer.
