Also, for those who need a refresher on Pulmonary Artery Catheters before
taking the CFRN exam, I can't recommend enough the excellent tutorial at
http://www.pacep.org/

Though you have to register to use it, it is free.  The tutorial can start
with the very basics, or you can jump to more advanced levels, depending on
your baseline knowledge.
