The Concern Network does not maintain a database like this. Even if they
did, you'd probably not get a complete, accurate list of all the incidents you
were looking for. Not all incidents are reported to the Concern Network
and final accident reports are not tracked either. In other words, an
incident that was later found to be due to tail rotor failure, for
example, may not be included in the Concern Network bulletins.
Your best bet is to use the NTSB accident database at:
http://www.ntsb.gov/ntsb/query.asp#query_start
but it's not the easiest to use. It's very difficult to filter out air
ambulance flights from general aviation.
