On ours we do rooftop fueling. It keeps us from having to relocate
after flights. One of the things we had to do was have the system
designed so it was always full of fuel - this leaves no air space for
flammable vapors.
Also make sure the pad is designed to hold the type and number of
aircraft you are expecting. Placement of antennas on the roof and
the wind characteristics of already existing buildings should also be
taken into account.
