Bean Bag Lights?

I have had the following request from our aviation quality assurance officer.

"I've been looking for an hour now for "bean bag lights". They're marker lights on yellow/orange bags used to mark landing sites for helicopters. They're designed so that the weight of the bean bag keeps them from being blown away by rotor wash while keeping the light upright. They can be used day or night because of the colour. Could you spend some time searching for them? I'm going to check with my contacts in the air force."

I know these are not the product from Flight Site because we are already using those. Is this product description familiar to anyone out there?
