Re: to pee or not to pee



If you are an EMS program and are carrying passengers for hire, you cannot
be in a Part 91 status. All Part 121 and 135 operators are required to have
an "Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program" Ref OpsSpecs Paragraph
A049.

Also see HBAT 00-22A, HBAW 00-22A and HBGA 00-16A

This program extends to all pilots, mechanics and any other personnel which
may affect safety of flight, i.e.: dispatchers/communication specialists. It
has to do with pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening.
