I have used the Melker kit, best I've seen so far. Practically idiot

Hello,
Anyone using Per-Trachs or something other than Needle Cricothyrotomy
for a "can't intubate/can't ventilate" situation? Thanks Dan Smith CFN>>

Dan:

I've used the Per-Trach extensively. We've just recently implemented
the Melker kits. The Per-Trach is a good product, but I'd recommend the
Melker instead.
