Another thought is to ask one of your pilots to borrow his FAR/AIM; usually they will have a copy that is a year or 2 old; hopefully they will lend you one, and explain it, and answer your questions;
you may want to get your program to buy a copy; it is very inexpensive, especially considering the price of medical texts!!!
