Re: Cell Phones
Just for reference, here's a link to the FCC's rule on cell-phone use on
aircraft. Essentially, it's prohibited from any airborne vehicle that's
not touching the ground. The rationale behind it related to tying up multiple
cells from a high altitude. It should be noted that cell calls from mountains
and high buildings are not restricted though.
