This is the same debate that goes on this list time after time. I think the thing to remember is that the medics on this list, I should say the ones that function as a flight or CCT medic are supposed to be the cream of the crop. Many are peers and possess the same skills as their nursing counterparts. That is great, but should all paramedics administer diprivan or RSI NO!.
