You meant "Diprivan", right? Do you have a valid reason why paramedics shouldn't titrate Diprivan, or was that just another "off the cuff" comment?
Where I work we use this drug with a fair amount of frequency....yes, we even bolus it sometimes, when appropriate....imagine that.
Diprivan is a great drug and is useful in many clinical situations. The side effects (yes, I know what they are) are largely avoidable and manageable (yes, I know how).
Please enlighten me as to why we should not be using this drug.
