   i am not going to argue semantics with you about NO. you seem very defensive about keeping it an RT thing. i received my training in my pncct class. i do not believe that i am as proficient as you, but i could handle the situation if it were to arise. being a paramedic is a funny thing. sometimes we are trusted with more than we can handle and sometimes we are thought unable to handle a nitro drip. i encourage you to help teach the rest of us the treatment modalities in case we don't have someone with your expertise. the paramedic training is varied and there lots of us out there with critical care experience. thank you for your time.
