A Note of Thanks

Just wanted to send my thanks to the air crew who flew my grandfather (Bill
Tinsley - AAA) to All Saints in Fort Worth on 7-8-03.  Though he did not
survive, his family takes great comfort in the fact that he was given every
possible chance by the whole healthcare team.
