RE: nitric oxide



Really,
I don`t think anybody see`s any use for Nitric Oxide by medics
 
On the other hand it's not quit necessary to call people "chief" quite yet
And I would not hype too much the dangers of NO, use or leaks on the caregivers
(That's been done too much already... and most of the initial anxieties have been dispelled)
Just like D-Fib, I guess
 
What we do need, though, is to be comfortable with it
In case we have to transport a speciality team with it

Huge difference there chief, nitric -vs- nitrous!  Are you suggesting that Paramedics deliver nitric oxide?  Isn't that a little our of scope not to mention very dangerous to the patient not to mention all involved should there be a leak?...
