Please tell me you have not bought it yet...... It is disjointed, disorganized, a nightmare for dispatch to use. You can enter a fair amount of information, BUT it is DOS based and there are other, better programs out there. Look at all of your options before committing yourself. Go look at another programs system if possible to see how and what they are utilizing.
