Air Medical Leadership Congress

Title:

Hi all:

Some of you may remember that I began giving forewarnings of the coming of an industry-wide future planning effort last fall. I'm happy to say that the time is actually drawing near now, and we need your help to set the final agenda. Included in this message is the official announcement about the Air Medical Leadership Congress and information about how you can participate. Please take the time to read the message and visit the website. This announcement is also posted at www.flightweb.com and www.airems.com.

Thanks everyone!

The staff of the Air Medical Leadership Congress is happy to announce that our Air Medical Issues Survey is posted and live at www.airmedleadership.com. The Air Medical Leadership Congress (AMLC) will take place in Salt Lake City September 4-6 at the Little America Hotel. The AMLC is supported by industry Constituent groups such as AAMS, AMPA, ASTNA, NEMSPA, and NFPA; its goal is to develop industry consensus strategies to address the top three issues in each of four different categories: Safety, Medical, Regulatory/Compliance, and Financial. WE NEED YOUR HELP to identify the specific issues to be addressed. Anyone with any type of of connection to the air medical industry is encouraged to participate. Simply go to the website, register (for free), and complete the survey, all of which should take less than 20 minutes. More information about the Congress is also available on the website.

Please help us to identify YOUR priority issues. Complete the survey, register for the Congress, and let your colleagues know how they can participate too. This is a very important chance to be part of creating the future of air medical transport!

If you have any questions, please consult the website at www.airmedleadership.com or email Dr. Frank Thomas (Chief Do-Bee) at ldfthoma@ihc.com.
