It's been a long time since I posted, but if anyone can share with me, I'd
appreciate it.

1.  Does any program out there have "flight pay" or "hazard pay" for their
medical crew?

2.  Does anyone have a ball park idea/figure for what docs make either per
hour or per 24 hour period when "in house" or on "in house call" for their
hospitals?   No specific specialty, but just a rounded ball park figure.

Thanks in advance.  By the way, summer finally came two days ago.  Got to 80
degrees for an hour or so.
