Medflight, FW, Arctic Canada
$3000 (Canadian) annual training allowance, in-house courses for PHTLS, 12-lead, PALS, CPR, and local for ACLS, NRP, BTLS. All others require $750 (CDN) or more in travel to get to...
Incremental pay aded to base of CDN$1500 per year extra for any of the preferred or physician courses (ALSO, ATLS, ALARM, APLS)
