pay

	Just wandering how everyone else gets paid for the extra
certifications that we are required to keep current. Example: ACLS, BLS,
PALS, ENPC, TNCC, NALS, CCRN so forth. Our hospital pays us for two such as
ACLS and ENPC and one such as CCRN, but the rest are paid for by us with no
compensation.
