History of Aero-Medicine

Dear all,

   I am giving a presentation to 5th graders next week at their career day, its based on flight medicine, who we are, what we do, and our history.  I have a ton of current information and pictures but I am lacking aero-evac history, flight nursing history, and flight paramedic history.  If anyone has any dates for significant event timelines I would appreciate all information.
If anyone has a power point presentation for this purpose it would be a great help.
