I am writing about a friend of mine Jeff Fornwalt. Jeff was an EMT student of mine years ago and his wife is a co-worker in the ER where I work as well as in another department teaching EMT's and paramedics a few years back. I have a history with this man that dates over 20 years. He has worked incredibly hard for the county I live in as our first director of the Blair County, PA 911 center here.
My point of writing is to ask your assistance in any monetary way to help him now with his family. He has two children and a wife. He was diagnosed in March with a very aggressive cancer of the lung with mets and finds himself with only a few months to experience with his family.
