RE: Crew rest

Title: RE: Crew rest
Dam, ain't that a smoking gun. That's almost as good as finding French made Chemical Weapons precursers in Iraq. Right on Rex. Now if it were only in the federal register.

Here is a copy of a hard to find "letter of understanding" between the FAA, NTSB and the office of aviation safety, drafted December 14th 1992.  It may help some of those out there who are trying to figure out if medical personnel are or are not considered crew members and when this applies.  If for some reason this pdf file does not transmit properly I will try sending it out in a different format.

Does your state or county not have a legislated Work Place Standards Act? Such things as hours or work, rest period, etc might come into play. Just a thought from north of the border.
