We also fly RN/Medic and require BTLS or PHTLS.  Most of the nurses teach or take TNCC and all crew members audit ATLS after hire.

Question for the group.......At our program, we are currently reviewing what trauma courses are acceptable as a job requirement.   BTLS, First Trauma Care or PHTLS currently meet our program and county medical control authority requirements.  We fly a RN/Paramedic team & are accredited by CAMTS.  What trauma courses does your program accept/require?
