This is a known and well documented hoax and can be disregarded. Any
"virus alert" message advising the recipient to forward it on to other
people should be considered a hoax or at the very least a chain-mail
message.

If you are ever in doubt whether a "Virus alert" type message is valid or
not, you can check Google.com entering the supposed virus name or file (in
this particular case, it's "jdbgmgr.exe")and the word "hoax".
