Etomidate for Kids

Our program is currently using Etomidate in our RSI protocol on patients 10yrs and older at a dose of 0.3mg/kg
If anyone is using Etomidate on patients under 10yrs please let me know what dosage you are using and how young do you go?

Right now we are using Versed for patients under 10yrs, but would love to change to Etomidate for storage reasons as longs as it works.
