It's apparent that pretty much everyone thinks Etomidate is a great drug, and in light of my experience with it, I have to agree.
Along those same lines, what do folks on the list think of propofol as an induction agent for RSI? How many programs routinely use propofol in this role? How many only use it to maintain sedation after intubation?
